These terms explain the simple rules for using the Hyndr website and Internet Health Check. By using Hyndr, you agree to them.

1. Using Hyndr

Hyndr is free and does not need an account. You may use it to check your own internet connection, or a connection you have permission to test. How Hyndr handles data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Hyndr is run by Team Hyndr, an independent team based in India. In these terms, "Hyndr", "we" and "us" mean Team Hyndr. Learn more about Hyndr.

2. Results and guidance

Test results are estimates and recommendations are general guidance, not professional technical advice for your particular network. A result is not legal proof that an internet provider is at fault. Read accuracy and limitations to understand what a result can and cannot show.

3. Fair use

Please do not:

Run automated or repeated tests designed to overload the measurement servers.
Try to break, bypass or interfere with the service or its security.
Use the service to test networks you do not have permission to test.
Present Hyndr results as altered or as something they are not.

To keep the service working for everyone, Hyndr may limit or refuse a test, for example when servers are busy or when activity looks like misuse.

4. Service availability

Hyndr is in public beta. Features, measurement methods and scoring rules may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and online, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Hyndr is not responsible for decisions or losses that result from relying on a test result or recommendation.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Hyndr after an update means you accept the updated terms.
